Next Day and Second Day Shipping

 

  • All UPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when they become available.

Back-ordered items

  • All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping

  • At this time, all international orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.)
  • Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
  • We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

Orders that Include Refrigerated Products

We do all we can to help ensure that you receive your cold-ship items in great condition. Here’s how:

  • We ship temperature-sensitive items in special cold-pack boxes.

This helps your products that require refrigeration retain their integrity.

  • We ship refrigerated products so that you get them within 48 hours.

You don’t want your product to spoil—and neither do we. So we expedite shipping so that your order gets to you fast, and your items preserve their integrity.

  • We ship refrigerated product orders on business days.

Plus, we make sure to ship them only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That way you’re more likely to be home to receive your shipment, and are free to enjoy your weekends & holidays. For your convenience, any order that includes a refrigerated product, and is placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or close to a holiday, is shipped on the next business day.

  • We ship refrigerated products only within the continental U.S.

We only ship products to places we’re comfortable that they’ll arrive in excellent condition.  For refrigerated shipments, that means continental U.S. only.

  • We send cold-ship items to actual street addresses—not P.O. Boxes.

Shipping your refrigerated order directly to where you live makes it more likely that you’ll receive your product on the day it arrives, rather than it sitting unattended for longer than it should. This helps preserve the quality of your purchase so that you can reap the intended health benefits. (For the same reason, we also don’t send orders containing refrigerated items to APO/FPO & DPO addresses.)

  • We keep you informed.

We will send you a shipment confirmation email once we have passed your order on to UPS. From there, you can track your order online at www.ups.com.

 

Fine Print

Here are just a few more little details that we want you to know:

 

General

  • Shipping rates are per order, not per package.
  • Once you place an order that includes a cold-ship item, we auto-select the lower cost Second-Day shipment method (just $11.99 per order).
  • If we are unable to verify your credit card, that may delay shipping.



Returns & Refunds

  • Since cold-ship products must remain refrigerated at all times, no returns or refunds will be issued after the product has shipped unless the product is damaged or defective.


Back Orders

  • Once they become available, any back-ordered items that require refrigeration will be shipped to you separately via Second Day delivery. The $11.99 Second Day shipping fee will apply.


Split Shipments

  • Orders that include both refrigerated and non-refrigerated products are usually sent to you in two separate Second Day shipments (don’t worry…you’ll only be charged for one). This way your non-refrigerated products will ship as soon as possible and your refrigerated products will be shipped to you in the way and at the time that best preserves their quality and integrity.

 

For split shipments, you may see two credit card authorizations instead of one. Please rest assured that this is normal, and you are not being double-billed.
